The PgMP Simulator is live
1,000+ scenario-based questions. Current ECO. Your code works on all tiers.
The PgMP Simulator is live. This is not a beta, not a waitlist, not a teaser.
It is live and taking users.
Here is what it is:
1,000+ scenario-based questions across all five ECO domains (current ECO alignment). Four practice modes: Learning Mode with instant feedback after every question, Quiz Mode for targeted topic sets, Weakspot Training that isolates the questions you keep getting wrong, and Full Exam Mode with 170 questions in 240 minutes under real exam conditions.
Domain performance analytics show you exactly where you are strong and where you are bleeding points. The Weakspot Domain Breakdown shows which domains have the most open gaps, in both percentages and absolute numbers.
The questions test judgment, not memorization. They put you in program-level situations where you have to make governance-aware decisions under ambiguity. That is what the PgMP exam does. That is what this simulator trains.
Two things you should know:
Create a free account (no credit card) at pgmp-sim.pm-career-os.de/start and practice 25 rotating PgMP questions in Learning Mode. Upgrade when you are ready for full exam simulations with all 1.000+ questions.

Why I built this:
When I prepared for PgMP, I looked for a simulator that actually reflected the exam. I found PMP question banks relabeled as PgMP prep. I found PDF dumps with outdated terminology. I found platforms that were not aligned to the current ECO.
None of them tested what the PgMP actually tests: scenario-based judgment at the program level.
So I built what I wished had existed. It started as a side project. 1,000+ questions later, with four practice modes, domain analytics, weak spot tracking, and a pilot group that validated the quality of the questions, it became the PgMP Simulator.
I am not a test prep company. I am a program manager with 25+ years of experience, PgMP- and PMP-certified, and someone who got frustrated enough with the prep options to build a better one.
What is next:
The newsletter will continue covering PgMP prep strategy, domain-by-domain breakdowns, and the thinking behind how the simulator is built. One email per week. No filler.
If you have questions about the simulator or suggestions on how we can improve it, reply to this email. I read every reply.
